One may argue that it’s not too hard to recreate something that already exists in real life. But what about creating something from scratch? A Minecraft player named Chloriz did exactly that – they created a virtual casino based on their own blueprints.

Not only does the building look impressive with a reception area, bars, and restaurants, but this place also has a vast casino floor. That’s where the characters are meant to play casino games such as roulette and poker.

Westeros (Game of Thrones)

One of the most impressive projects ever conducted by Minecraft players is the construction of Westeros, a fictional world from the Game of Thrones. George R. R. Martin created this world in his fantasy novels and Minecraft players recreated it in the game. A group of GOT-loving Minecraft players met on a server called WesterosCraft, which is where the idea for the in-game version of Westeros was born. They joined forces and created a Minecraft version of the fictional world, the size of which is 59k x 22k blocks. If Minecraft was real-life, the creation would be over 500 square miles in area, which is roughly the same size as Los Angeles.

USS Enterprise (Star Trek)

Minecraft players seem to love recreating iconic items from popular works of fiction. Minecraft Westeros is arguably the most impressive example, but there are many others that deserve praise. The USS Enterprise, for instance, created by a self-professed Trekkie with the username AstralSapphire, is a true piece of art. Minecraft is a game that really lets your imagination run wild. In this virtual universe, you can recreate real-life buildings or invent a build of your own from scratch. And even that is not the end – you can also create smaller, yet equally complicated objects. A Reddit user called NilsGotSkills did exactly that. Their creation was a slot machine made of Redstone. It works by the same principle as any other slot in the world – you make a wager and hope for a winning pattern to come up.

The only difference between a real-life fruit machine and the one created by NilsGotSkills is that in order to gamble in Minecraft, you’re supposed to wager virtual diamonds rather than real money. The fruit machine looks easy to use, but we bet it was incredibly complicated to create.

A Ship in a Bottle

Everyone knows how hard it is to make a ship in a bottle in real life. Now imagine doing it in Minecraft. Well, you don’t have to imagine anything because one player has already done it.

A gaming Youtuber whose channel is called BlunderCraft has uploaded a video from a couple of years ago which shows the construction of a boat in a bottle in Minecraft. The same channel has a few other interesting videos, such as this tutorial on how to construct a pirate town in Minecraft.
