New Genshin Event Guide “Feast of Pursuit” | New Abyss-like Challenges [V5.1]

After Genshin Impact new update is once again delighting us with new events. How to pass the event in Genshin Impact "Feast of the Chase"? We will tell you the secrets of passing for each stage.

Let's start from the Genshin new event overview! Feast of Pursuit in Genshin Impact is a combat event with different levels of difficulty from version 5.1, which provides exciting battles in the arena with opponents. Within the event you will have to defeat groups of enemies, and during the battle your team will be affected by various reinforcements, which will help to increase the dynamics of the battle and get the desired rewards.

In this guide, we will understand how to pass all stages of the Feast of the Pursuit and defeat opponents. We will tell you about the tactics of battle, help you choose the right characters for different stages and give useful tips.

How to start a Feast of the Pursuit event

The following requirements must be met to start a series of battles in the Feast of Pursuit event:

• Reach rank 20 of the adventure;
• complete Archon Quest Prologue: Act III “Song of the Dragon and Freedom”

Feast of the Pursuit Overview

Already in the tradition of Genshin update, each new Event has its own challenge that will become available for players each day for the first six days straight. It is important to mention that if you decide to complete a level on the maximum level of the difficulty, all other rewards for previous difficulty will be available to you and they automatically will be considered as completed. The new genshin update does not change its principles and therefore each challenge will have unique “Pursuit Providence” with unique effects, so paying attention to and taking advantage of these effects will be beneficial in battle.

Please note that during Feast of Pursuit challenges, you cannot gain Phlogiston or use Phlogiston battle mechanics. Changing your World Level will not affect the difficulty of said event challenges.

Feast of the Chase includes battles divided into levels:

• Perilios;
• Quandary;
• Desperate;
• Steadfast.

As we already mentioned, closing a higher difficulty allows you to automatically complete the lower ranks of the challenge and be rewarded for them, so make sure to use all your high-level heroes to Win. There are six stages in total, and they open daily. The battles are simplified by the current Pursuit boosting, which have unique buffs for specific teams. In order to complete all stages of the battle, it is worthwhile to competently compose a team, based on the list of enemies and the described reinforcements.

Rewards in all new Genshin Events are always a separate topic for players, given the direct dependence on them for obtaining Primogev, and subsequently for obtaining desirable characters.

The following rewards can be obtained for completing all the trials of the “Feast of Pursuit”:

• Primogems ×420;
• Mora ×240,000;
• Guide to Contention ×18;
• Hero's Wit ×18;
• Santifying Union×12;
• Mystic Echancement Ore ×12.

Separately, passing the first two difficulty levels - Perilios and Quandary you will get a total of 80 source stones, and for each subsequent level you will be able to earn 40000 thousand of mora.
