
GamerLegion besegrar FlyQuest och startar PGL Masters Bucharest 2025 med seger
GamerLegion kicked off their PGL Masters Bucharest 2025 campaign with a confident 2–0 win over FlyQuest. The European squad closed out Dust2 (19:15) and Overpass (13:11), showing composure in key moments, while Tauson stood out as the MVP of the series with a 1.40 rating.
Dust2 (19:15 GamerLegion)
The match began on FlyQuest’s map pick. Despite an inconsistent T side from the Australian squad, FlyQuest managed to tie the first half 6–6. In the second half, GamerLegion reached map point on their attacking side but allowed their opponents to take a streak of four rounds and push the game into overtime. Both teams fought for every round in OT, but GamerLegion proved stronger and closed the map 19:15.
Overpass (13:11 GamerLegion)
On their own map pick, GamerLegion looked confident in the first half, taking it 8–4. Switching to the T side, FlyQuest responded with a six-round streak to take a 10–8 lead. However, thanks to PR’s individual plays, GamerLegion regained control and secured the map 13–11, preventing the match from going into overtime.

The best player of the series was Tauson, whose clutch wins and sharp aim helped his team secure victory. His stats in the match: ADR – 90.6, Swing +4.25%, and a 1.40 rating.
GamerLegion start the tournament strong with a 1–0 record, while FlyQuest fall to 0–1. PGL Masters Bucharest 2025 takes place from October 26 to November 1 with a total prize pool of $625,000 — $200,000 going to the winning team and another $200,000 to their organization.
