The American Goons are the 186th ranked team in the world. I don't know much about this team. The only player who is at least somehow on the rumour in the team is Lil_Nick, but he hasn't had much success at tournaments either.

Acatsuki is the 68th team of the world ranking. At this tournament they perform confidently so far. At the qualifications for TI they showed a very good result, taking an offensive 3rd place there. They couldn't beat only Keyd Stars and Thunder Awaken.

Acatsuki is a much stronger team in my eyes. I don't see much potential in Goons. And according to the matches I've seen, they play average. I can't say that Acatsuki are shining, but you can see some kind of plan in their game, and their draft picks are meaningful. I think they should take this game.
