Tre spelare Freecs har COVID- 19
Ihor MatusThe leadership of the Freecs esports organization announced on its Twitter account that three players from the squad were diagnosed with the COVID-19 coronavirus. Gi-in 'Kiin' Kim, El-lim 'Ellim' Choi and Ho-sen 'Hoit' Ryu contracted the disease. In this regard, the team will adhere to the rules of the LCK Summer 2022 league and will play in the matches to be played on July 6 and 8 from their hotel rooms. On July 6, Freecs are due to play against Brion Esports, and on the 8th they will face esportsmen from KT Rolster.
The Freecs are currently taking part in LCK Summer 2022, the Korean league of League of Legends. It runs from June 15 to August 28. The total prize fund of the championship is ~$290,000, and 10 teams are involved in its distribution. The prize money will be distributed among the top four teams. The winner will receive ~$155,000 + an invitation to the 2022 World Championship. The vice-champion, bronze medalist and fourth place team will receive ~$78,000, ~$39,000 and ~$19,000 respectively, as well as rating points of 100, 80 and 50 units.
