Missa inte starten på PUBG Global Championship 2022
/There are only a few hours left before the start of PUBG Global Championship 2022. As part of the main championship of the season, 32 teams from all over the world will compete, who will fight for the lion's share of $2,000,000, which will be increased through the sale of in-game items. In the meantime, the participants are getting ready to land in Pochinki, we offer you to get acquainted with the format of the tournament, the draw of the group stage and the distribution of the prize fund of the tournament.
PUBG Global Championship 2022 Format
The competition will begin with a group stage, within which the teams will be divided into two groups (16 participants in each). In each group, the teams will play 15 matches (5 games per day - a total of 6 days are allotted for the group stage). As a result, the eight strongest teams from each group will go to the upper bracket, and the rest - to the lower one.
In the upper bracket, the teams will play 10 matches over two days. The top eight teams will go directly to the grand final, while the rest will fall into the second stage of the lower bracket.
As part of the first stage of the lower bracket, the teams will also play 10 matches within two days. The best eight teams will go to the second stage of the lower bracket, the worst team will leave the championship, and the rest of the participants will go to the Grand Survival stage.
Based on the results of 10 matches in the second stage of the lower bracket, the four strongest teams will advance to the grand final, and the remaining 12 participants will go to the Grand Survival. Here, the 19 remaining teams are waiting for the WWCD format: the winners of each of the four matches will go to the grand final, and the rest will leave PUBG Global Championships 2022.
The grand final of the championship will take place over four days - the teams will play 5 matches a day.

The initial prize fund of the championship is $2,000,000. 30% of the proceeds from the sale of PGC 2022 items will go directly to the prize pool.
