In the third-place decider at PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026, MOUZ faced The MongolZ after both teams fell short of reaching the grand final but still had a chance to end the tournament on a high note. The series turned out to be competitive, with MOUZ imposing their pace in the key moments on both maps and confidently closing it out 2–0 to secure third place. For the Mongolian squad, it was an opportunity to cement their status as one of the tournament’s breakout teams, but they were unable to maintain control in crucial rounds.

The MongolZ did not look at their best on Mirage. MOUZ secured seven rounds on the CT side in the first half and, after switching sides, completely controlled the game on the T side to close out their opponents’ map pick 13–6.

On their own map, MOUZ built an 8–4 lead in the first half. However, after the side switch, The MongolZ went on a five-round streak to take a 9–8 advantage. Despite the momentum, the Mongolian side failed to extend their run and eventually fell short, losing the map 10–13.
