ONE Esports Invitational Jakarta 2020 postponed due to coronavirus

Initially, the tournament in Jakarta was planned for April 17-19. Now they want to spend it closer to the end of the year, namely in November. It will likely be merged with the ONE Sports Dota 2 Indonesia Invitational. The latter was announced a couple of days ago.

The prize pool and the number of participants in the postponed championship were the same as in other ONE Esports Invitational tournaments. 12 teams were to play $ 500,000. It is still unknown whether the prize pool and the number of participants will be increased due to the merger of the two championships. The organizers will talk about this later.

The outbreak of coronavirus caused a number of canceled championships and events, including E3 2020, where the next-generation consoles were to be announced, as well as ESL One Los Angeles 2020, the third major of the current Dota Pro Circuit season.
